How can I place an online order?
To place an order in our webshop, you need a user profile. If you have never ordered at Pottery Pots before, you can sign up and register yourself and make your own peronal user profile. After your registration you will receive an e-mail with your login and you will get acces to our webshop.
When you log in to your user profile, your company details are already stored so that you don't have to enter them again when placing a new order. You also have acces to My Pottery Pots, where you can get a full overview of your profile, pending orders, order historie, shipping and payment details.
After log in to our website you can place an order via the menu "Collection".
The minimum order amount depends on the country from where you are placing your order. The webshop will automaticly tell you if you have or have not reached the minimum order amount yet. If you would like to know this before placing your order, please contact one of our sales employees.
You can mark articles as favorites and in case of loging out in between sessions, articles will be saved in your shopping cart/conceptorders.
Can I order from your catalogue?
In our catalogue are article numbers, which can be found in the webshop. When you have seen an article in our catalogue, you can fill in the article number in the search field in our webshop. In this way you can directly place the item in your shopping cart.
